Modo Yoga - Specialty? Hot! 🔥

If you’re looking for Hot Yoga in Brampton, Modo Yoga is the studio to try! They have their signature Modo Series classes that are great for those who like the discipline of a structured practice. You’ll always know what you’ll be getting, and you know you’ll work up a sweat! Within the studio, they also offer a suite of holistic services like Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Orthotics & Ayurveda. Modo Yoga's approach combines traditional yoga techniques with modern practices, creating a holistic experience for students.

The studio offers Karma Classes which are donation-based classes that raise funds for local and international not-for-profit organizations. These classes are in alignment with the studios “Be Accessible” Pillar. Since 2004, Modo Sudios have collectively raised 3.2 million dollars. For those looking for a trial class option, the Karma Class would be a great way to participate while giving back to the community. 🧘

Earthworks - Specialty? Spiritual Workshops 🔮

Earthworks got their start in 1994 in the basement of a used bookstore. They carried hand-made products from local artisans, and crafts made by Indigenous folks from the Huron-Wendat and First Nations. Since then, Earthworks has impressively grown to be one of the largest New Age metaphysical stores in Ontario.

While they do not offer yoga classes, they welcome you to join their wide variety of other types of classes and events. One of their staff members, Mona, hosts Meditation Mondays which can go hand in hand with a yoga practice  🙌 The options and details for each event can all be found on their website. For those wanting to further explore and enhance their spiritual journey and experiences, Earthworks is the place to connect with like-minded individuals.
