Group classes happen in our Sanctuary space which fits up to 25 students + the instructor. Typically set for all levels (unless noted as otherwise on the schedule) our group classes are a great way to be in community while establishing a consistent practice.

Semi-Private Small Group Classes are facilitated in our Study + Reformer Room with 4-6 students + an instructor. Fewer people mean more individualized attention for each student, and a greater ability for the instructor to teach just what you need.

Private Yoga and/or Pilates sessions are a great way to get started if you’re feeling nervous about being in a group setting, or to support the rehabilitation of an injury/ailment that you’re experiencing.

A fusion of the classical repertoire and modern-day pilates, with a high focus on strengthening the core and increasing your heart rate.

Find your Flow with the style of Vinyasa Yoga, moving from pose to pose with the pace and rhythm of your breath
Reformer ~ Foundations
Move through the foundational elements of the Reformer Pilates repertoire. Great for beginners.
